Event management of a short film festival

Concours de Courts is an international short film festival created in 2003 and which is, since its creation, organized by a group of students of the Master AGCOM. As a second year student, I am part of this project with 4 other students.

For this project we are in charge of the whole organisation of the festival, which includes a lot of tasks such as: Strategic analysis, creation of the multi-media branding, creation of social networks and web content, community management, management of partnerships, public relations and service providers, and many more...

Especially since this year the festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary, so it's a very important edition that promises to be grandiose.
